Group Information
CAMPING GROUPS have been a GREAT part of Seashore Campsites for many years and we enjoy having them.
To help make your group stay here more enjoyable your assistance with the following will help us greatly:
1. Sites available for listed dates only.
2. Camping groups must be established camping chapters with more than 10 members.
3. The elected Leader or Wagon Master will be responsible for all correspondence and disseminating information throughout the group.
4. To begin the Group process an estimated number of sites is required with a reservation along with a deposit of $60.
5. A confirmation list including; Name, Address, Phone Number, Type and Length of each unit, along with a One Night Stay Deposit is due One Month prior to arrival.
6. A cancellation refund may occur up to 1 month prior to arrival. After 1 month the camping group is responsible for any no shows except for cases of illness.
7. For a smoother, easier check in, the group leader should arrive first.
8. We have a media room that seats 40 for presentations and a pavilion that seats 400 available. Please make your reservations for these facilities as soon as possible.
9. We can further assist your group by requesting a group package from the office.
